The Tsuki counter and timber shelving behind rows of wooden tables

About us

Our story

Tsuki is built on a simple idea: cook with care, keep the room calm, and let the table do the rest. A Japanese restaurant in Aljada, Sharjah, devoted to seafood and the craft of the counter.

月 · Tsuki · The moon

The name

Tsuki means moon in Japanese. The moon is the restaurant's namesake and its guide: a quiet sign of cycles, returning each month a little changed.

The counter

Sharjah’s first omakase counter

Omakase means “I leave it to you”. At the counter the chef sets the course, serving each piece as it is made, from fish imported fresh from Japan and handled in the Japanese tradition.

The kitchen celebrates authentic Japanese culinary craft: premium ingredients, precise technique and refined flavours, brought together in a refined dining experience in the heart of Sharjah.
